*Prosperity not possible without education: Zahoor Buledi*


QUETTA: Provincial Minister for Information and Higher Education Mir Zahoor Buledi has said, immediate steps were being taken in educational field claiming directives had already been sent for equal educational opportunities across the province.
“Quality and Technical Education has gained significant importance in Balochistan as mage investment in face of CPEC penetrating in our soil but unfortunately rural areas in Balochistan still waiting for basic schooling.” Zahoor Buledi said while addressing a Seminar conducted by UNDP and PILDAT on Wednesday.
“The Provincial Government needs 60 billion rupees to establish primary schools in rural parts therefore Chief Minister Balochistan has express his keen interest towards Educational structure.”
Sharing his views on the educational curriculum being studied in Balochistan Provincial Minister said, we have been reviewing the curriculum to purge out the subjects provoking extremism,
“Measure were being taken up to bring equality in educational system across the province, awareness campaign regarding education have become imperative.” Zahoor Buledi said.
Addressing the Seminar Senior Politicians Jan Muhammad Jamali said, dictatorships have harmed the country more than anything while our future generations have to face the impact of the wrong policies adopted during martial law.
“The young generation of our province has a vital role in developing Balochistan, without education the province can’t be tracked on the path of prosperity.” Jan Jamali said calling the youth to join politics.
Talking on the financial quagmire in the country Jan Jamali said, tough today Pakistan has been grappled in mammoth of debts but central and provincial governments have been taking initiatives to yield a solid solution.
Replying to a query regarding horse trading in Senate Elections Jan Jamali said, following a precedent from United States, we should hold senate elections with live telecast which is only solution to halt horse trading.
