Expressing his point of view in Senate Standing Committee on Kashmir Affairs wherein prominent Kashmiri leaders were invited, Senator A. Rehman Malik strongly condemned the Indian Forces brutalities in Indian Occupied Kashmir and termed Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi as the “Chief Terrorist”. He warmly welcomed the senior leaders from Kashmir and said that he and his party always stand by the people of Kashmiri for their right of self-determination. He said that he is proud of his party PPP and its leadership Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto and now Asif Ali Zardari and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari who have always highlighted the issue of Kashmir on national and international forum and “Kashmir Cause” has always been remained on top of party manifesto.
“PPP will continue its support to Kashmiris till their self-determination” he said.
Senator A. Rehman Malik repeated his demand that the Government of Pakistan should depute the Attorney General to move against PM Narendra Modi in International Criminal Court against Indian Human Rights violation and crimes against humanity carried out by Indian Forces under his command.
He said that unfortunately India has been very successful in its diplomacy against Pakistan and is lobbying and conspiring against Pakistan at every possible forum but Pakistan has always clarified its position rather to expose India for its worst kind of human rights violations in Kashmir. He said that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi who was a declared terrorist as his entry in US was banned for years for his brutalities against innocent Muslims in Gujrat as Chief Minister is the lifetime member of a terrorist organization called RSS. PPP’ Senator said thatPM Modi is the deadly against the Muslims specially Kashmiris and has anti-Muslim mindset. “RSS has already announced India to be Hindu State by 2020 so PM Modi wants Muslim and other minorities cleansing from India”, he added.
Senator A. Rehman Malik said that not only in Kashmir but PM Modi is behind terrorist activities in Balochistan which was evident from the arrest of RAW agent kulbushan Yadav but sadly our government couldn’t propagate against India despite of having numerous evidences. He said that PM Modi has sent RSS activists in Kashmir for minimizing Kashmiris population and now atrocities are being done through the nexus of ISIS in the valley.
Senator Rehman Malik said that PM Modi being the elected Prime Minister has proudly confessed in the international media that India was the master mind behind disintegration of Pakistan and now has connections with separatists in Balochistan. By Confessing interference in another sovereign state, Modi is violating international laws and norms but, unfortunately Pakistani government failed to show the real face of the Prime Minister of India to the world. We have also failed to prove that PM Modi is the person who is responsible for all terrorist activities in Pakistan, he said.
Senator A. Rehman Malik said that he has already written a letter personally to declare PM Narendra Modi as a war criminal and has served him a charge sheet for his brutalities against Muslims and other minorities in Kashmir and other parts of the India. He asked “My question is from the government of Pakistan as to why we have not taken any step to prove PM Modi is terrorist despite of all evidences?” He said that Army of about 350,000 soldiers has been deployed in Kashmir to suppress Kashmiris movement of freedom and inflicting all kind of brutalities against them. He said that youth in thousands lost their eyes in pelting firing by the India Army and about 20,000 women were raped in the valley. But we have failed to show the real face of India all over the world..
He said that the Kashmir issue can only be resolved by the implementation on UN Resolution as there is a need to hold self-determination under UN resolution for ultimate solution of the Kashmir issue. He said that it is wrong to say that bilateral discussions and agreements are necessary to resolve Kashmir issue as there is need to take practical steps for implementation on UN resolution.
He said that Pakistan should not rely on issuance of statements alone or by using flowery language as the Kashmir issue can only be resolved by taking practical steps.
